"Comfy bedding that felt like a safe buy"
I’m usually a little cautious about ordering pillows and bedding without feeling them first, but these turned out really nice. The pillows are super comfortable, and the bedding washed well without any weird shrinking or rough texture afterward. Overall, I’m happy with it and feel like it was a solid choice.

"Still feels really solid"
We’ve had our bed frame from The Sleep Shop for a few months now and, it’s still holding up really well. Like… no squeaks, nothing feels loose, and the kids have definitely jumped on it more than once. Putting it together was straightforward too, which was a relief. So far I’m really happy with it, it just feels strong and sturdy

"Nice packaging, though not much else stood out"
I ordered from The Sleep Shop and, to be fair, the box arrived in really good condition. It wasn’t dented, ripped, or looking like it had been thrown around, and everything inside was clean and wrapped properly. The delivery label was easy to read too, so no problems there. I wouldn’t say the whole experience blew me away or anything, but it was nice to get something that looked like it had actually been looked after in transit. I’d probably use them again.

"Pretty straightforward in the end"
I’d been going round in circles trying to find this particular mattress, checking a few places and getting either vague delivery dates or being told it would be weeks. I wasn’t in a massive rush at first, but after a while it got a bit annoying, so I ended up trying The Sleep Shop since the ordering process looked simple enough.
The order went through without any hassle, and I didn’t have to chase anyone or deal with any surprises afterwards. Turns out they actually had the mattress in stock when they said they did, which was the main thing really. Would be happy to use them again.

"Helpful customer service, just a bit slow"
I had a small issue with my order and reached out to customer service. They were actually helpful once they got back to me, though it did take a little while to hear back. They sorted everything out in the end, so I’m happy enough overall. Has anyone else had a similar delay getting a reply?

"Return was surprisingly painless"
I’ll give them credit, the return process was actually easy, which I wasn’t expecting. The refund took a few days to show up, so not exactly lightning-fast, but at least it eventually came through without me having to chase anyone down.

"Decent bedding, but the lack of real support was frustrating"
The bedding looks decent overall, and it does the job, but I wish the details had been clearer before ordering. What annoyed me most was that there didn’t seem to be any actual human to talk to when I had questions, just automated stuff. Sometimes you just want a real person to explain things

It actually showed up quicker than I was expecting. The tracking update was a little delayed, or maybe I was just checking it too often, but either way it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Exchange was a total headache"
I tried to exchange an item and it was way more of a hassle than they make it sound. They act like exchanges are simple and straightforward, but that was not my experience at all. Replies took forever, and every time someone did get back to me, I felt like I was being passed to another person with no real answer.
After going back and forth, I just gave up and kept something I didn’t even really want. It’s frustrating when a company promises an easy process and then the reality is this stressful. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again

"Not really worth it for the price"
I bought this from The Sleep Shop i expected a bit more for what I paid lol. It’s not terrible or anything, and delivery was fine, but the item itself feels a little cheaper than I was hoping. Overall, it’s okay, just not great value in my opinion.

I stopped in to ask about getting a new mattress, and at first I thought it was going to be a good experience. The staff were nice enough and greeted me right away, so I was feeling optimistic.
But then I started asking basic questions about firmness and back support, the whole vibe changed for me. The answers were vague, like they were just reading off the tags instead of actually knowing the products. Not a terrible visit, but for something that expensive, I expected way better guidance.

"Ridiculously easy to use"
The website was ridiculously easy to use. I could find my way around without any hassle, the menus actually made sense, and the filters helped me narrow things down quickly. Pages loaded fast too, which always makes a difference. Checkout was straightforward and didn’t make me fill in a bunch of unnecessary stuff. Overall, just a really smooth experience...

I ordered from thesleepshop.co.uk but ended up cancelling because the delivery date kept being pushed back. They told me the refund would be sorted quickly, but it just dragged on and on, and I felt like I was being ignored most of the time.
Customer service did reply when I chased, so I can’t say they completely disappeared, but nothing seemed to move unless I emailed again. I got my money back eventually, but the whole thing was way more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Delivery updates weren't great"
The bed did arrive fine in the end, so no issue there, but the delivery updates were frustrating. I had to chase to find out what was happening, and then the time slot changed with barely any notice. Just made it more stressful than it needed to be, really...

"Lots to choose from"
There’s a really good range of products, so I had plenty of options to pick from. I haven’t needed to deal with customer service yet, which is fine by me since I never fully trust how helpful they’ll be if something goes wrong.

"Decent enough visit, I guess"
